No Toolbar Button

The AddIn shows up in Tools->AddIn Manager and I can enable and disable it. But no button is showing up in the Toolbar.

I even disabled it. Rebooted VS. Reset the Build toolbar back to defaults. Rebooted VS. Then re-enabled it. Rebooted VS again.

Still no button.

You can manually add the button by customizing the toolbar; look for Parallel Build in the Addins category.

Tried that. It is not in the customization dialog. But.... just loaded a new project. It tried to || Build by default and *BOOM!* VS crashed.

I also had to add the button my own, but the parallel build is disabled.

I'm using the VS2010 Sp1. Is the addin not Sp1 compatible?
